Robot Operating System (ROS) Workshop
In conjunction with Space Society (SPOC) and Sydney University Electrical Engineering Society (SparkSoc), the University of Sydney Robotic Club presents our first Robot Operating System (ROS) workshop. ROS is a key software for interacting with hardware, offering easy computing architecture in processing a range of functionality from handling sensor data streams to testing and coordinating nodes.
This workshop will provide firsthand experience for beginners and intermediate users of ROS, where we’ll combine laptops, sensors and Arduinos to turn the whole room into a “robot”.
Come join us to get you started and learn the vast capabilities that ROS offers.
